I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, accredited by Elmhurst Energy. I can complete assessments at your property to provide you with an accurate Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This is required for property sales or rentals, and also as an ECO assessment to see how energy efficient your property is, and to provide recommendations on how to improve your property's energy efficiency.

About me
Wayne Lewis
I began my working career in 1999 and have worked primarily in retail. Customer service was at the heart of my job roles and I left retail in 2023 after a successful career, in which I was a Team manager for 13 years.
I chose to step into the exciting world of Energy and I have not looked back.
I have a keen interest in mathematics and this can now be used in full for all my assessments, to ensure accurate measurements are captured and data inputted correctly.
I am proud to have completed a level 3 city & guilds award for energy assessment and i'm accredited with Elmhurst Energy, the UK's largest independent provider of energy assessment.
